As you can see from these pictures, the picture of the cyclist driving through the waves of the ocean is a fantasy bringing about a refreshing feeling. The left image has been done by using photoshop, the right image was a replicated painted I did for a client on the dry wall of his shop. When you see the actual size of the wall which is 12'w x 9'h it sure to pull you in.

The Retaining Wall with J-drain for WY_designed by Haijun [built by Haijun & David]

 

In my client’s backyard the landscape’s slope was too big and there was no drainage. When redesigning this retaining wall I had to consider the natural water runoff and then constructed a more efficient and aesthetic design. With a friend’s help, this wall was completed and is shown as the after work shot on the right. Now it's solid, beautiful and it drains water effectively.

Round Table_designed & made by Haijun

This simple table is 4' in diameter. I've cut a 3/4" thickness playwood and screwed it on a wood stump. When I sit on the chairs beside the table right next to the creek I can fully enjoy the peaceful moments of the flowing water.

Fire Pit_designed & made by Haijun

I love this fire pit. I can stare at the flames for hours. It's about 3.5'w x7.5'l x 18"d. The spit rod is large and strong enough to roast a whole lamb. It has given me, everyone in my home, and my guests much pleasure. It's made of metal frames and masonry walls. With its sturdy construction, the pit is safe to operate. Whether it be a clear summer night or a blustery winter afternoon, the fire can be enjoyed all year round.

Gold Fish Pond_designed & made by Haijun

I've done this pond to attract some little creatures. So far it's doing very well. This pond holds up to 220 gallons of water. It's filled up by rain water from the gutter on side of the house. I've also made the filter to make sure the water is clear and clean.

Small Creek_designed & made by Haijun

I've built this creek especially for kids to play with. They always want to play in our pond. I don't like that idea. Now they can safely splash water in this 20"w x 20'l x 18"d man-made creek. They've been having fun already and that makes me happy too.

Stone Lattern at the creek_designed & made by Haijun

I've made this masonry lattern along this man-made creek to give our pond more accent and also want to keep mosquitoes away. With some flowers, plants and pebbles around it, it just makes my time happier and easier.

Stone Tea Tray & Wood Table_designed & made by Haijun

If you've seen the patio I did, so you can locate this 4'w x 2'd x 22"h tea table with a rock tea tray on it. My wife and I are both tea drinkers. We both love the good benefits that tea has brought to us. I'd always like to mention that three cups of tea a day will keep diseases away.

Rock Patio with a Built-in Charcoal Grill Table and Wood Benches_designed & made by Haijun

I've designed and made a masonry patio which is totally about 20'w x 80'd for our back yard cookout place. I think it's big enough for some parties. On the patio there are several projects I've done. This picture is showing you the table and some benches. The table is 8'w x 4'd x 1.5"h with several benches surrounded. In the center of the table it has a built-in charcoal grill if I remove the cover of it (where it's underneath the pine bonsai).

I've designed and made this arbor gate for our backyard to give a great welcome to our guests and add some accents to our property. This gate's outside dimension is 12'w x 11'h x 10"d with two classic lanterns hanging on stainless eye hooks.
